PURPOSE: A tube inverting apparatus for repairing a pipeline is provided to completely block leakage of compressive air and to prevent sliding of a tube. CONSTITUTION: A tube inverting apparatus for repairing a pipeline comprises a main body(10) and a reciprocating and moving module(20). The main body has an inlet(11) in one side and an outlet(12) in the other side. A tube is inserted in the inlet and is supplied to a pipeline through the outlet. The reciprocating and moving module is arranged inside the main body and smoothly transfers the tube inserted from the inlet to the outlet. The reciprocating and moving module presses or releases the tube from the top to the bottom while vertically reciprocating.
