PURPOSE: A damper including a flexible guiding-damping unit is provided to reduce the noise generation of a tappet in a casing, and to secure the low-abrasion guiding process. CONSTITUTION: A damper including a flexible guiding-damping unit comprises the following: fixing elements(12, 20) installed on free-ends(10, 19) of a casing(8) and a tappet(17); a friction damping unit(26) forming friction damping force in between the casing and the tappet; and a guiding-damping unit(41) crossing a longitudinal direction casing axis line(9) on the center of the casing for smoothen the deformation of the tappet.
