PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly paint composition for concrete and steel structures and construction methods of the structures are provided to improve anti-corrosive, crack resistance, folding endurance, flexural strength, and chemical resistance for salinity by including epoxy resin, vinyl ester, fire retardant acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin, sodium oxide, silicon dioxide, dimethyl polysiloxane, calcium carbonate, and aluminium hydroxide. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly paint composition for concrete and steel structures comprises 60-82 weight% of epoxy resin, 7-15 weight% of vinyl ester, 5-8 weight% of fire retardant acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin, 0.5-1 weight% of sodium oxide, 1.5-5 weight% of silicon dioxide, 0.1-1 weight% of dimethyl polysiloxane, 3-8 weight% of calcium carbonate, and 0.1-1 weight% of aluminium hydroxide. A manufacturing method of vinyl ester comprises the following steps: reacting acrylic acids with the epoxy resin; and dissolving the reactant in the styrene. The fire retardant acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin is a styrene resin with enhanced fire retardance by giving self-extinguishability to ABS resin which consists of three components of styrene acrylonitrile-butadiene. The sodium oxide and silicon dioxide form sodium silicate by reacting with each other and the sodium oxide and silicon dioxide accomplish weight% of 1:3-5.
