The part comprises a double internal/external extended plate adapted to be fixed to internal and external faces of a damaged structure, and a central core connecting the internal and external plates so as to form a groove between the plates. The part consists of a single block made of composite material. The plates have dimension and thickness that are determined by damaged location. A glass fold draped on the groove is placed between the plates and the structure. The core is traversed by an opening for passing links through the structure. The internal plate has folds to cover.
