APPARATUS FOR MELTING INORGANIC MATERIAL USING PLASMA TORCH

PURPOSE: An apparatus for melting an inorganic material using a plasma torch is provided to reduce chemical reaction with an inorganic material by using carbon dioxide as a plasma source. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for melting an inorganic material using a plasma torch comprises a sample supply unit(10), a melting furnace(20), and a plasma torch module(30). The melting furnace comprises a sample supply pipe(23), a melting chamber(21), an exhaust gas discharge pipe(25), and a tap hole(27). The sample supply pipe receives samples from the sample supply unit. The melting chamber melts the supplied samples. The exhaust gas discharge pipe discharges exhaust gas passing through the sample supply pipe to the outside. The plasma torch module penetrates through the top of the melting chamber and has a plasma torch(35) which melts the samples.
