An image transmitting device (100) comprises a video processing unit (102) and an output unit (103). The video processing unit (102) applies either one of a plurality of video processes to the image af a predetermined unit and generates video data. The output unit (103) ouputs transmission data including: the frame number of the image of the predetermined unit; the coordinate information of the image of the predetermined unit; information for identifying whether the video data are subsampled or not; the image phase information of the video data when a subsampling process is performed on the video data; information for identifying whether the video data are compressed or not; the size information of the video data; and the video data.
