PURPOSE: A control system and method for the air conditioner are provided to effectively control equipment including an air conditioner in a building by mutually connecting building control network and an air conditioner network. CONSTITUTION: A remote control device(100) controls an air condition(15) by being connected to an air conditioner network(14). A central controller(10) is connected to the remote control device and a general network. The central controller controls the operation of an air conditioner by applying a control order with the remote control device. The air conditioner includes outside devices(105,108,107) and indoor devices(102,103,106), and an air washer(109). A building controller(20) is connected to a building control network connecting a plurality of facilities equipped inside buildings. |
