PURPOSE: A flesh separation apparatus from Japanese apricot is provided to cut the Japanese apricot being continuously supplied into the apparatus in half for removing seeds from the Japanese apricot. CONSTITUTION: A flesh separation apparatus from Japanese apricot comprises the following: a conveyor(1) transferring the Japanese apricot using power transferred from a motor(7); plates(2) formed on both sides of the conveyor by facing each other, and connected to each other using plural connectors(21); an upper roller(3) rotating in the slow speed for guiding the Japanese apricot; a lower roller(4) rotating in the fast speed for separating the flesh from the Japanese apricot using the rotation speed difference with the upper roller; a pressurizing roller pressurizing the Japanese apricot to be inserted in between the upper and lower rollers; and a power transmission unit transmitting the power of the motor to the upper, lower, and pressurizing rollers. |
