The arrangement has a current feed module (21), a pump stage (12) and a motor (14), which drives the pump stage. A measurement module (24) is provided for determining an electrical parameter of the motor. A connection (27) is provided between the measurement module and the current feed module. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a vacuum pump with a motor.
