PURPOSE: A subscribe function distribution control system for an EPCIS(Electronic Product Code Information Service) and a method thereof are provided to automatically process the not-operated function in other EPCIS server. CONSTITUTION: A registering module(111) creates distribution data in which various sorts of information related with the requested subscribe function is included and stores the data to a distributed allocation database(200). A state checking module(113) checks its own or other EPCIS server's operation state and updates and stores the distribution data. An automatic managing module(115) manages the initiation or cancelation of the subscribe function based on the distribution data.
