PURPOSE: A plasma torch machine having an angle adjusting function is provided to precisely cut a pipe or iron plate by easily adjusting the angle, vertical height, and horizontal position of a torch. CONSTITUTION: A plasma torch machine having an angle adjusting function comprises a drive gear(22), a drive chain(30), guide wheels(40), a height adjusting unit, a support frame(60), and a torch holder(70). The drive gear is installed on a drive unit housing(20) and is rotated when a drive motor(21) is powered. The drive chain transfers rotation power from the drive gear to a pipe(P). The height adjusting unit adjusts the height of the drive unit housing. The support frame supports a torch head(50) at one side of the machine. The torch holder is coupled to the support frame, and a torch head for cutting the pipe is installed on the torch holder.
