<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent and electrically conductive film for a touch panel having a uniform appearance and a long drawing life, by correcting a transmitted color tone of a conventional transparent electrically conductive film. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent electrically conductive film is made by laminating a substrate of a polymer film, an electric conductive layer and a dielectric substance layer in the order, and has a chromaticity a* of -1.0 or more 1.0 or less, b* of -1.0 or more and 1.0 or less and a total light transmittance of 80% or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
