摘要 |
PURPOSE: An organic solar cell including energy upconversion nanoparticles with doped rare-earth ion is provided to form lots of photo charges by converting light of wavelength area from a near infrared ray to a visible ray. CONSTITUTION: A hole-transport layer or an active layer includes energy upconversion nanoparticles on a matrix. The energy upconversion nanoparticles are doped by rare-earth ion. The rare-earth ion includes reactive ion and Ln3+. The reactive ion is selected in a group composed of Er3+ and Tm3+. The Ln3+ is selected in a group composed of Yb3+, Nd3+, Dy3+ and sm3+. |
