METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING OF LIGHT OIL PRODUCT

A method and device for producing of light oil product relates to oil-processing and intended for hydrocracking efficiency enhancement of high-boiling oil fractions in the presence of catalyst during the hydrocracking process of high-boiling oil fractions. The method comprises mixing of high-boiling oil fractions with catalyst and hydrogen, heating and ageing in reactor, wherein mixing and hydrocracking are carried out at pulsed pressure. Such method allows to decrease catalyst amount at the expense of more effective using the surface of catalyst particles in contact with high-boiling oil fractions, in particular, at the expense of more effective using the surface of one-side open pores of catalyst particles, or to decrease the hydrocracking process time at the permanent catalyst amount.
