SILICONE NON BACKING FILM TAPE

摘要

PURPOSE: A silicone non-backing film tape is provided to remarkably improve heat-sinking properties of heat-sinking silicone per unit area, thereby capable of reducing size and weight of a digital electronic component. CONSTITUTION: A silicone non-backing film tape capable of having both sides different each other is obtained through following steps; a step of coating a fluorine-containing film with silicone adhesive in direct; a step of drying the fluorine-containing film at temperature lower than drying temperature of general silicone adhesive by 10-20°C; and a step of reattaching a fluorine-containing film on the silicone adhesive after the silicon adhesive is drawn out through a drying furnace.
