PURPOSE: A semiconductor device and a voltage generating method using the same are provided to generates voltages of various levels by adding an additional bit to a control bit. CONSTITUTION: A control bit generating circuit(121) generates a control bit according to a command signal and a control signal. A register(122) stores an additional bit related to the command signal and outputs the additional bit corresponding to the inputted address. A combination circuit(123) combines the control bit with the additional bit and outputs enable signals according to the combined bit. A voltage generating circuit(130) outputs a divided voltage according to the enable signal. |
