PURPOSE: A blend of polyketone and nylon with improved impact resistance is provided to be used for manufacturing molded product or vehicle components, and to have excellent dimensional stability. CONSTITUTION: A blend of polyketone and nylon comprises: a linear alternating polyketone polymer consisting of carbon monoxide, and at least one kind of ethylene-based unsaturated hydrocarbon; nylon 6,6; and ethylene-based octane rubber. Specifically, the polyketone polymer comprises 60-80 weight% of the linear alternating polyketone polymer, 10-40 weight% of nylon 6,6,, and 1-15 weight% of ethylene-based unsaturated octane rubber. The polyketone blend has impact strength of 25-93 KJ/m. |
