FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to meat processing industry, in particular, to slaughter animals blood processing. The device contains a body in the form of a Laval nozzle, a heat exchanger arranged in the body so that to enable movement inside the body, a nipple for supplying blood into the heat exchanger and a nipple for blood discharge from the heat exchanger into a jet. The nipple for blood discharge from the heat exchanger is connected (via a cyclonic port) to an annular chamber wherein a thermometer transducer is mounted. ^ EFFECT: invention usage will allow to enhance performance and quality of the ready product as well as simplify the maintenance during operation. ^ 2 dwg |
