PURPOSE: A waste separator is provided to separate waste and sand from aggregate within construction waste and enable pre-processing. CONSTITUTION: A waste separator is composed of a main body(1) and a vortex generating tool. At the central part of upper and lower parts, a feeding port(11) and a lower outlet(12) are formed. At one part of each upper part and lower part, an inlet(13) and an upper outlet(14) are formed. The vortex generating tool generates whirlpool while inducing water provided from the lower part inlet to the upper part outlet. In the central part of the feed hopper, a waste separating plate(2) is pivotally installed. The waste separation board is formed into a disk shaped rotator. The vortex generating tool comprises a spiral transfer blade(3) between the inlet and the upper outlet.
