PURPOSE: A passenger ticket collecting device is provided to reduce the number of electric wires by serially uniting a plurality of information and transmitting and receiving the plurality of information. CONSTITUTION: A first signal mixing unit(392) serially uniting status information of a plurality of first elements and creates first integrated status information. The first signal mixing unit transfers the first integrated status information to a first neighbor passenger ticket collecting device. A clock generator(800) generates a clock as predetermined frequency. A timing control unit(810) creates an input latch signal and a synchronizing signal according to the clock which is provided from the clock generator. An input latch(820) receives the status information of each first element.
