TOUCH SCREEN INTEGRATED DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A touch screen integrated display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the number of manufacturing processes and the thickness of the display device by forming a common electrode and using the common electrode as a touch driving electrode and a touch sensing electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first group of pixel regions includes pixels arranged to a first direction and pixels arranged to a second direction which crosses the first direction. A second group of pixel regions includes pixels arranged to a first direction and pixels arranged to a second direction. A touch driving region is formed of a size corresponding to the first group of the pixel regions. The touch sensing region is formed of a size corresponding to the second group of the pixel regions. The pixel regions are defined by crossing gate lines(110) and data lines(120).
