FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, radio-, radionuclide diagnostics in oncology. Performed is simultaneous two-isotope emission computed tomography, with two tumour-tropic radiopharmaceuticals (RP), which have different mechanism of accumulation in tumour: 48-72 hours after intravenous introduction to patient of 150-200 MBq solution of 67 Ga-citrate and 10-15 minutes after intravenous introduction to patient of 370-740 MBq solution of 99 mTc-technetril. Distribution of 67 Ga on three peaks: 93 keV, 184 keV, 300 keV and 99 mTc-technetril - on peak 140 keV with 10% window is registered. If there are foci of pathologic hyperfixation in lungs and/or regional lymph nodes of at least one of the two used tumour-tropic RP, dissemination of tumour process is determined. ^ EFFECT: method ensures essential increase of accuracy of determination of non-small-cell lung carcinoma dissemination irrespective on its histological structure and functional state of primary tumour, spread of affection of regional lymph nodes of various types, reduction of examination time. ^ 2 dwg, 2 ex |
