FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science. The method includes the entrapment of mature stray males in a biological niche and the injection of an aqueous solution of metal gluconate and amino acid able to form a solution neutrilised to pH within the range of 6.0-7.5. The solution is injected in a dorsal cranial part of each testicle adjoining a head of epididymis. The solution is introduced in the amount effective for achieve a sterilisation effect without coveting the appearance and physical abilities or animal's secondary sexual structures. After processing, the animal is immediately placed back in the same biological niche. ^ EFFECT: sterilisation by the declared method enables a dog keeping the previous position in the hierarchical system of stray population that prevents immigration of another procreating dogs, and allows reducing a magnitude of population. ^ 6 cl, 3 dwg, 5 tbl, 1 ex |
