FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular, to neurology, electrophysiology, functional diagnostics, psychiatry and physiology. Value of correlation coefficient is determined by data of electroencephalographic (EEG) examination. Correlation coefficients are calculated in leads between temporal, frontal, central-parietal and occipital areas of the brain. If correlation coefficient increases between temporal areas and its simultaneous decrease in leads between the remaining areas of the brain, higher readiness for convulsions is determined in the person. ^ EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for detection of person's readiness for convulsions. ^ 2 ex |
