PURPOSE: A water pressure stabilizer of a dutch coffee machine is provided to reduce the risk of breakage caused by separation of a storage tank when refilling water and maintain uniform pressure of a water receiver for obtaining coffee extract smoothly. CONSTITUTION: A water pressure stabilizer of a dutch coffee machine comprises a cap(50) and a cover(51). The cap blocks water discharged from a drip bundle. The cap is made of a buoyant material to float on the water accommodated in a water receiver(30). The cover is formed at the bottom of a drip bundle(21) and surrounds the cap to hold the cap around the drip bundle.
