PURPOSE: A method for determining safety voyage information considering attribute information of underwater/ water dangerous object is provided to determine voyage information for a safe voyage in a mine buried area by considering three dimensional ocean floor and property of dangerous substance such as a mine. CONSTITUTION: Route information about voyage routes of ships and submarines is input. It is determined if any danger exists in routes of ships and submarines by using route information and database about dangerous substance in and on the water having information about the location and kinds of in and on the water dangerous substance. Safe voyage information is determined related to a safe voyage of ships and submarines by considering special information about characteristics of dangerous substance in and on the water located near voyage routes related to dangerous areas.
