PURPOSE: A highly thermoconductive resin composition is provided to have excellent thermal conductivity together with mechanical strength of commercially usable level or higher, and excellent mobility. CONSTITUTION: A highly thermoconductive resin composition comprises 40-70 weight% of polyphenylene sulfide-based resin, 20-30 weight% of thermoconductive graphite, and 10-30 weight% of milled pitch type carbon fiber. The thermoconductive graphite comprises a first thermoconductive graphite of which ratio of length to height(L/H) value is 7,000-40,000, and a second thermoconductive graphite of which ratio of length to height(L/H) is 10-1,000. The comprised ratio of the thermoconductive graphite and the milled pitch type carbon fiber is 1:1-4:1. |
