A NETWORK CAMERA WITH ENHANCED EFFICIENCY FOR LIGHTING DEVICE AND A CONTROLLING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A highly efficient network camera and a control method thereof are provided to synchronize control signals for controlling a lighting device and an image sensor and turn the lighting device off during an unnecessary section. CONSTITUTION: An image sensor(12) photographs an image. A lighting unit(14) provides lighting for photographing of the image sensor. The lighting unit is operated by a PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) signal. A communication module(18) transmits the photographed image to a server. A controller(16) provides a driving signal of the image sensor. The controller provides the PWM signal to turn the lighting unit off in an image sensor off section.
