PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating emulsion on a precursor is provided to safely fabricate carbon fibers of high quality without process troubles. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating emulsion on a precursor for fabricating carbon fibers comprises: an emulsion bath(100) for dispersing the emulsion used for spinning; an inlet guide roll(120) and an outlet guide roll(130) for guiding filaments(110); and a dipping roll(140) for dipping a part of filaments into the emulsion bath.
