PURPOSE: An image capture lens unit is provided to offer a miniaturized structure which is suitable to a portable terminal by reducing optics total length and to offer a miniaturized optical module and high resolving power. CONSTITUTION: An image capture lens unit comprises a first lens(110) of both sides convex type and a second lens(120) of both sides concave type. The first lens has positive power and the second lens has negative power. The image capture lens unit comprises a third lens(130) of concave type and a fourth lens(140) of both sides concave type. The third lens has positive power and the fourth lens has negative power. The first to fourth lenses are arranged along an optical axis at regular intervals. A filter(150) and an image sensor(160) are arranged after the fourth lens. The first to fourth lenses are formed into an aspherical lens.
