PURPOSE: A press for measuring a compressive strength is provided to enable to move while upper and lower molds are horizontally maintained because a plurality of upper and lower spindle shafts are simultaneously rotated. CONSTITUTION: A press(100) for measuring a compressive strength comprises an upper mold(10) and a lower mold(20). Each one end part of an upper spindle shaft(60) and a lower spindle shaft(70) are installed to be rotated by penetrating the upper and lower fixing plate so that a press is not interfered with a plurality of guides(50) being joined in between upper and lower fixing plates(30,40). An object is positioned between the upper and lower molds. The compressive strength of the object is measured by pressing the upper mold. A pressing plate(11) being joined to the upper mold is moved up and down by rotating the upper spindle shaft along a guide while being spirally coupled with the upper spindle shaft. The lower mold is moved up and down by rotating the lower spindle shaft according to a size of the object along the guide while being spirally coupled with the lower spindle shaft. When the upper mold presses the object placed on the lower mold between the upper mold and the pressing plate, a load cell measuring a compressive load is installed. |
