PURPOSE: An apparatus for fabricating precursor fibers for carbon fibers is provided to prevent fiber-fiber fusion and to enhance product quality. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fabricating precursor fibers comprises a comb guide(9) at the front end of an emulsion bath(3) and a hot air dryer(4) at the back end of the emulsion bath. The comb guide has a support mounted vertical from a spinning fiber processing direction; and a rotation bar which is separately rotational in constant interval. The temperature of the air supplied from the hot air dryer is 130-170 Deg.C.
