BIFACIAL PHOTOVOLTAIC LOCALIZED EMITTER SOLAR CELL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF

<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell with localized emitter receiving light from both sides and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to a sunlight absorption amount by increasing a light receiving portion on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A front electrode(14) and a back electrode(15) are formed on top and bottom sides of a first conductivity type substrate. A first heavily doped region(10-2) having a second conductive impurity is locally formed on the top of the substrate. The first heavily doped region having a first conductive impurity is formed on a site excluding a region where the first heavily doped region having the second conductive impurity is formed on the top of the substrate. A second heavily doped region(10-4) having the first conductive impurity is locally formed on the bottom of the substrate. The second heavily doped region having the second conductive impurity is formed on the site excluding the region where the second heavily doped region having the first conductive impurity is formed on the bottom of the substrate. Dielectric layers(20, 21) and secondary electrode layers(30, 31) are successively laminated between the substrate and the front electrode and between the substrate and the back electrode, respectively.</p>
