PURPOSE: An electrode and an electronic device therewith are provided to electrically connect a main electrode to a part of an auxiliary electrode by forming the auxiliary electrode having conductive patterns on a base. CONSTITUTION: An electrode comprises an auxiliary electrode(20) and a main electrode(30). The auxiliary electrode comprises conductive patterns. The main electrode is formed on a part of the auxiliary electrode and is electrically connected to the auxiliary electrode. The main electrode comprises a transparent conductive material. The conductive patterns of the auxiliary electrode comprise silver, aluminum, copper, neodymium, molybdenum, or an alloy thereof.
