ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE FILM

PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film is provided to improve recognition of existence of a film after compression without degrading electrical property comprising connection resistance, insulative resistance, adhesion, etc. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive film comprises a binder part, a hardening part, a radical initiator, a conductive particle, and a complex inorganic color pigment. The comprised amount of the complex inorganic color pigment is 0.1-10 parts by weight of 100.0 parts by weight of the sum of the above components. The complex inorganic color pigment is manufactured from one or more kinds selected from a group consisting of metal oxides and hydroxides of one or more kinds selected from copper, chrome, magnesium, zinc, aluminum, manganese, titanium, iron, and antimony.
