FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports physiology and medicine and can be used for evaluation of training effect in athletes. Before and after training cycle testing with step-by-step increasing loading is performed on bicycle ergometer, which makes it possible to set loading irrespective of frequency of pedal rotation, with simultaneous measurement of heart rate and lung ventilation at each step. The following versions of physiological responses to training loadings are possible: 1 version is characterised by displacement of both curves HR2 - frequency of heart contractions and LV2 - lung ventilation downwards relative to initial levels, such response manifests favourable development of adaptation processes in athlete's organism; 2 version is characterised by displacement of HR2 downwards with unchanged LV and 3 version - displacement of LV2 curve downwards with unchanged HR, are estimated as relatively positive; 4 version - absence of essential changes of HR and LV, is estimated as indifferent version; 5 version - LV2 curve is displaced downwards and HR2 - upwards and 6 version - vice versa - LV2 is displaced upwards, and HR2 - downwards, responses are referred to as indefinite; 7 version is characterised by displacement of HR2 curve upwards with unchanged LV, which testifies to reduction of CVS - cardio-vascular system- productivity; 8 version is characterised by displacement of LV2 curve upwards with unchanged HR, reduction of LME - local-muscular endurance; 9 version - curves HR2 and LV2 are displaced upwards, which testifies to absolutely negative training effect. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to estimate training effect in athletes, due to measurement of response of HR and lung ventilation. ^ 3 dwg, 3 ex |
