PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing resin films for prepreg with uniform coating weight and a manufacturing method using the same are provided to obtain a uniform coating by uniformly spreading a resin because middle part of two shafts of rollers are misaligned from each other within a predetermined angle. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing resin films for prepreg comprises a roller(1) receiving a release paper and a roller(20) coated with liquid polymer resin. Long axes of the roller are arranged to be across each other so that a middle portion of a gap between the both rollers is narrowest and the gap becomes gradually widened toward the edges.
