PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film is provided to impart excellent electrical connection between circuit electrodes, and to sufficiently improve connection reliability between the circuit electrodes. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive film comprises a first conductive metal layer formed on the surface of micro particles, protrusions formed on the first conductive metal layer, and a second conductive metal layer in order. The elasticity of the conductive micro particles is 5-80%, which is calculated from formula 1: particle elasticity(%)=D2/(D1 + D2) × 100. In formula 1, D1 is pressing displacement, D2 is recovery displacement, and the micro particle has a structure consisting of a core and a shell.
