PURPOSE: A virtual profile monitoring method and system of a reflow oven of a surface mounting system are provided to improve yield of product by monitoring a temperature profile in real time at the successive manufacturing production process. CONSTITUTION: A surface mounting system creates and monitors a temperature profile of a specimen(4) by using a profiler(10). A monitoring apparatus(100) measures temperature from a plurality of temperature sensors(101) and creates a conveyor temperature profile. The monitoring apparatus creates a virtual temperature profile by comparing with the temperature profile of the specimen detected by the profiler. The plurality of temperature sensors is installed in around a conveyor(2).
