TECHNIQUE FOR PELVIC-PERINEAL ILEOPLASTY

摘要

A technique for pelvic-perineal ileoplasty provides for fashioning serous-muscular cuff and intestinal reservoir. The intestinal graft is descended into the cavity of small pelvis and sewed with the edge of the perineal wound. The edges of the segments of levator muscle of anus are sutured with the proximal edges of the cuff.
