PURPOSE: An internal voltage generating circuit is provided to generate an internal voltage of a stable level by charging an internal voltage in synchronization with a falling timing of the internal voltage and stopping the charge of the internal voltage in synchronization with a rising timing of the internal voltage based on a threshold voltage. CONSTITUTION: An internal voltage generating unit(11) generates an internal voltage according to an enable signal. A voltage dividing unit(12) generates first to third divided voltages by dividing the internal voltages. A comparing unit(13) generates first to third comparison result signals by comparing the first to third divided voltages with a reference voltage. An enable signal generating unit(14) generates an enable signal which is activated from an activation point of the third comparison result signal to an inactivation point of the first comparison result signal. |
