PURPOSE: An integrated pump, a device for controlling the flow of coolants and a heat exchanger are provided to improve the use of space, and to rapidly cool and heat vehicle fluids. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the flow of coolants and a heat exchanger comprise a pump(50), a heat exchange part(30), and a unit for controlling the flow of coolants. The pump delivers engine coolants to an engine. The heat exchange part is for discharging the coolants to the pump. The pump is integrally formed with the heat exchange part. The device is connected to electric and hybrid engines.
