A ORGANIC-INORGANIC COMPLEX BARRIER FILM AND A PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of organic-inorganic composite barrier film is provided to use minimum vacuum deposition apparatus, to have easy process maintenance, and to provide an organic-inorganic composite barrier film with high gas barrier by simple process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a gas barrier film(100) comprises a step of manufacturing a barrier film by partial vacuum deposition of an inorganic layer on one side or both sides of a polymer substrate(101); a step of spreading an organic layer(104) or organic-inorganic hybrid layer(102) on one side or both sides of the barrier film; a step of cutting the barrier film avoid the inorganic layer; a step of laminating the cut barrier films by at least one time; a step of conjugating barrier films(10) by hardening the organic layers and the organic-inorganic hybrid layers.
