ELECTROSPINNING DEVICE

PURPOSE: An electrospinning device is provided to have uniform fineness of filament yarns of nanometers and to ensure non-woven fabric web of high quality. CONSTITUTION: An electrospinning nozzle block(1) has a nozzle block(2) having tens to thousands of spinning nozzles; and an insulation plate(4) which is placed between spinning nozzle tips(3) and blocks the electric field to improve electrospinning efficiency. The thickness of the insulation plate corresponds to the length of the spinning nozzle. The material of the insulation plate is ceramic, reinforced glass, glass fiber reinforced plastic, thermal resistant engineering plastic, and electric insulation inorganic materials.
