PURPOSE: An air injection type nursing cushion and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable a woman delivered of a child to maintain a comfortable posture. CONSTITUTION: An air injection type nursing cushion comprises a main body(14) and an outer cover(12). The main body is formed to maintain the outer shape thereof by injected air and supports an infant. The outer cover is formed in order to contain the main body in the state that the air is injected. The main body comprises a separation film(28), a first air inlet port, and a second air inlet port(17). The separation film is installed around an infant space. The first air inlet port is installed outside the separation film. The second air inlet port is installed on the inner side of the separation film.
