A method for diagnosis of adaptive potantial of women with spontaneous miscarriages of different terms by determination of central and psycho-vegetative regulatory mechanisms. The level of dominance hemisphere brain level functionality (high, medium, low), level and degree are determined by psychological adaptation methods, as well as evaluation of the electrical activity of the brain and its blood flow characteristics of the simultaneous determination of autonomic balance. Based on the integral evaluation criteria of psychological and functional testing the adaptive potential of women is determined.
