PURPOSE: A carbon aerogel sheet is provided to improve mechanical strength and to ensure excellent electric conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A carbon aerogel sheet contains hydrophilic polymers and fibers having carbon aerogel having a diameter of less than 1 micron. The hydrophilic polymers are polyvinyl pyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl acetate, polyethylene glycol, polyethylene oxide, or polypropylene oxide.
