PURPOSE: Health supplementary food using sasa borealis, opuntia humifusa, and artemisia annua, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to easily intake useful components of the ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of health supplementary food using sasa borealis, opuntia humifusa, and artemisia annua comprises the following steps: mixing 0.8-1.5wt% of sasa borealis with water, and boiling the mixture for 3.5-4.5 hours at 95-100 deg C before filtering to obtain a sasa borealis extract; boiling 7-10wt% of opuntia humifusa, 0.06-0.1wt% of jujube, 0.05-0.1wt% of ginger, 0.01-0.2wt% of glycyrrhizae radix, and 0.04-0.08wt% of honey in water for 3.5-4.5 hours at 95-100 deg C before filtering to obtain an opuntia humifusa extract; boiling 0.8-1.5wt% of artemisia annua in water for 3.5-4.5 hours at 95-100 deg C before filtering to obtain an artemisia annua extract; and mixing 10-14wt% of sasa borealis extract, 72-78wt% of opuntia humifusa extract, and 10-14wt% of artemisia annua extract.
