PURPOSE: A minute electrode array and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to stably fix a minute electrode array in the human body. CONSTITUTION: A minute electrode array comprises minute electrodes(350) and insulating supporters(200). The minute electrodes are formed in a needle shape, are made of a silicon material, and apply stimulus to the organs of the human body. The insulating supporter supports the minute electrode and prevents the minute electrodes from being separated from the insulating supporter.
