METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING INJURY OF POSTERIOR GASTRIC WALL

A method for diagnosing the state of the posterior gastric wall provides for visualization of the wall and its exploration. Upon pneumoperitoneum, the trocar is inserted into the peritoneal cavity at the upper Kalk point. The endoscope is the inserted via the cannula, and the state of the organs in peritoneal cavity is explored for detecting the penetrating wound of the anterior gastric wall. The trocars are inserted intraperitoneally. The gastric wound is sutured with two-row sutures. The endoscope is the transferred into the port and passed to omental foramen.
